I've heard caffeine has a negative affect on the thyroid. Caffeine also exacerbates the symptoms of stress anxiety . Detox from caffeine may take a week or two.Have aspirin nearby for the head aches and be awake you might feel extremely hunger when you start to kick caffeine.
