Does this food plan sound okay? please help?

You need to add more lean protein and veggies, I don't see any veggies. Your breakfast has enough sugar to get you through the whole week. Try only consuming 15g of sugar per day... like the rice pudding, most likely has twice that amount. Calories are a part of it, but you couldn't have 1200 calories of chocolate cake everyday and lose weight, the type of food (especially amount of sugar) plays a big part of it as well. Oh, and always skip the mayo, try mustard instead.
