Dry damaged hair. how to fix it?

last year i tried to box highlight my hair instead of waiting (i know STUPID) but its fried now..i've tried mayo eggs virgin olive oil everything..nothing seems to be helping it...and dont tell me not to highlight it..my fiance already told me that one...please only answer if you know of a good home remedy or store product thanks
