Is it wrong if I don't give my father a call?

Today I woke up, and for some reason the first thing I thought about was my dad. I didn't realize it was fathers day. So now I'm debating if i should call him. I'm 20 and my relationship with my dad is almost nonexistent. He's forgot my birthday which was about a month ago for the past 3 or 4 years. He's never come to one of my baseball, soccer, or football games. Not even state finals. He lives a few hours away, but never makes and attempt to come visit. I'm the one who has to go out of my way to spend my money and drive out and visit him. It's been that way since I got my license. Even though he makes almost $100k a year. Should i feel bad about not giving him a call?
