Will you still have a good cole slaw, if you take out the mayo?

I use 1/2 sour cream, 1/2 mayo. You could do it just with sour cream, sugar, vinegar, salt & pepper. Or dress it with vinegar and oil or any dressing you like. There are no hard and fast rules. It's good to have the vinegar though as it takes the "edge" off the raw cabbage.
